Letter home March 24, 2014

Dear Mommy, Dad, Dexter, Isaac, Hannah, Jacob, Adam, and Peter,

Thank you soo much for your letter today. I seriously love you guys so much (: The pictures of everyone with the sombreros, ukeleles, and mustaches made me laugh so hard! Haha, you would fit right in in Arizona :D Also Isaac with the giant sheep horns... he looks like Loki haha. It looks like Hannah's birthday was so much fun. :)

I'm so glad you could get a blessing and feel that peace. (: I am so grateful for all of you! I love you all SO much. Also hearing about the Sunday school class this week made me smile, and Peter's prayer. That made my whole day :D

I also loved Isaac's analogy with the sheep, and the Atonement healing. That is so true!! Wow! I love how even though it hurts, and you do have to bleed sometimes, as a whole it is a beautiful process. It beautifies and sanctifies us, so that those ugly, hurting sins are gone, and all that's left is us, beautiful and whole, as God wants us to be. (: I love the Atonement and Jesus Christ.

This week has been so hard! We have met more unkind people this week than we have my entire mission. It surprises me how some people treat us - it's like once we put on a nametag, they forget that we're human. It's so sad. However, we have kept working, kept praying, and kept striving constantly to be more obedient and more consecrated missionaries. There was a brother in our ward who gave a talk this Sunday that I loved. He was talking about a difficult time in his mission, where they had no success, no matter how hard they tried. He and his companion decided to go through the entire white handbook, and make their prayers and scripture studies more meaningful, and try to consecrate themselves more fully, in every way. He said - and I loved this - that nothing changed. The food tasted the same, the people were still unkind and didn't accept the message. But something changed inside of him and his companion.

That's truly one of the greatest blessings I am recieving from serving a mission. I don't know how much of a difference I'll make in these people's lives. I love them, and want so badly to help them. But I am learning to give my heart, and even my desires, completely to the Lord. Just wanting to do His will, and not mine - not out of duty, but because I love Him. I just want to have all of me dedicated to the work. It's hard, and takes time. (: But I try and be better every day.

We had one really amazing miracle this week. A person we talked to on the street (nonmember) gave us this referral of someone who was going through a hard time. We've knocked many times, but this week a lady named B. opened the door. We talked with her, and told her who we were. She told us her daughter used to meet with the missionaries in Mesa! They used to come over all the time. So she invited us to come back when her daughter was home too.

When we came back a few days later, she opened the door, and she told us more about what had happened. It was heartbreaking. Turns out her daughter and her grandaughter lived in Mesa. The grandaughter had been studying with the missionaries, and had actually been baptized, and went to church every Sunday, and had many close friends in the ward. Last year they moved to Maricopa, and then the daughter got really sick. She ended up passing away last November :( Since then, they have struggled so much and gone through so much pain with her passing. When B's daughter found out we had stopped by, she wanted to meet with us. She wanted to know more about the afterlife, and where her daughter has gone, and what her daugther believed.
Isn't that incredible? My heart just broke as I was listening to her share their experiences. But I couldn't help but think that maybe their daughter is on the other side, doing her part in maybe guiding us so that her family can accept the gospel too. It was just an amazing experience.

We are excited for this new week! It was hard this past week. We couldn't meet with R, because of family issues, so we haven't seen her at all :/. T is doing awesome though. We love him and his family so much. T can't be baptized until he looks at some other churches, and they all want to study some other religions before they commit. But I know as they study and pray, they will be able to feel the Spirit, and that will lead them and guide them, and answer their questions. I hope I can be there when T gets baptized! And I hope so much that they can all go to the temple someday. I can see T being an AMAZING missionary somewhere, and their family is just so wonderful. I hope so much that they can recieve those blessings of the temple someday. That would make my entire mission, and I would always look with so much joy and gratitude. (: I still will, of course. but I hope they go to the temple someday. (:

Well, two crazy things happened this week.

First - we saw a rattlesnake!!!! We were knocking this trailer in a little deserty side of town, where everything is pretty broken down. It's literally in the middle of the Arizona desert; sand, tumbleweeds, and broken bottles. Anyways. We were walking away from the doorstep, and suddenly we heard a rattling sound. I looked down and SCREAMED - there was a rattlesnake like one foot away from us! We immediately ran back to the porch and just stood there. It didn't leave, but eventually it was about eight feet away from the porch, so we walked in a huge circle around it back to our bikes. It was so terrifying! Can you believe it?? I saw a rattlesnake, and it rattled at us! It even looked at us and did the thing where it sways your head at you... it was so scary.

We also saw the biggest beehive I've ever seen in my life. We were biking along, and I looked up, and saw what looked like a large purse hanging in the tree. I yelled to Sis R, and we both looked up at it, and then we realized that it was dark brown because of the hundreds and hundreds of bees that were crawling all over it. It was so crazy!

So, it was quite an adventure this week, haha.
Oh, and this Monday apparently was the darkest night of the whole year.... so we got pictures. :)

Well, I love you guys! Thanks so much for writing and just for everything. Mommy, I am so grateful for your letter and your love. It means the world to me. I can't imagine life without you and our whole family. I miss you guys.
Oh, and CONGRATS to Britt and Dexter!!!!!!!!!!! Britt messaged me and I replied to her.  (: Haha but hopefully Isaac won't get engaged while I'm gone, so it's all good. :) But her ring is so beautiful!!! I am so happy for them. It's so awesome to have her officially join the family. I'm excited to come home and spend time with them. I wish Dexter the best of luck in all those choices too, with the Marines and everything. I am so proud of all of you.

Oh, and I got the bday package. 21... this week... crazy :) There's nowhere else I would rather celebrate than where I am now!! :)

Love you guys!!!!

love,

Sister Whitney Morris

Here are funny pictures of us sisters.... we have fun, haha.

Also, I have this little idea. (: I'm getting so many wonderful letters from my mission, but their all emails.. so I was wondering if maybe you guys could print out the emails you send me and stick them in a binder? That way I could have all the letters you sent me. There are so many things you write me that I want to remember and don't want to lose. If it's too much paper or time, don't worry about it. But I would just love to have those memories and letters, and not lose them. Thoughts? Let me know what you think (:
love,
 me.

Rattlesnake. It was so terrifying.

 We are Copa Zone :)

The enormous bees nest...

It is getting so hot here too!! Upper 80s.. it's crazy. I guess in April or May it starts hitting the 100s.... eek!

Cute shoes at Walmart.... What we do on P days (:

Letter home week of March 17th, 2014

Dear Family,

Wow, that sounds like an awesome week! I can't believe it's still snowing so much, that is crazy. Those talks in stake conference sounded incredible. (: I love listening to the apostles speak... it's so incredible! It's amazing to see how the work truly is hastening.

That St. Patrick's day breakfast looked delicious. (: Yum! Oh and Happy St. Patrick's Day!!! I'm wearing the green plaid skirt you sent me, it's perfect (: And it's a great biking skirt, one of the best! I love it, thanks!

This week has been awesome! I got all your letters, and they made my whole week :) Thanks so much for sending them. I'm going to write back today, I loved hearing from each of the kids. I'm so glad everything is going well! I would love to hear from Dexter though, would you pass that on to him? Haha thanks :D

So this week has flown by! It's been a great one. We've been working so hard to involve members more, and we've passed our all time record of member present lessons, which was awesome. The members here are incredible.

T. is doing awesome!! We had exchanges this week, so I was in another area for 24 hours with a different companion. But while I was gone Sis R. and the other sister taught him, and they watched the Restoration video. I guess he felt sooo happy during the entire movie. They asked him if he had prayed about baptism, and he said yes! He said when he prayed about it, he was just filled with happiness and knows it's something he needs to do. He's been such a great missionary with his family too - he always talks with his Mom and sister about the church, and they have loved what he's been sharing with them. His mom just wants him to visit another church once, to make sure he gets a little more exposure to different religions I think. But then he can be baptized! So he is so excited. :D So that was exciting!

We also heard from R. this week! We got a text where she apologized for cancelling on us, and she set up an appt for us to talk. She said that she needed to talk about it, and who better to talk to than Heavenly Father's people... it was such a sweet text. <3 Sadly that day she cancelled again... I guess she suffers from pretty severe depression episodes, and her family has been going through some really hard trials this week. But she called us and said that she was going to come to church on Sunday. That was on Thursday. Well, every prayer after that I prayed every single time that she would have enough energy and comfort and strength to come to church and to meet with us again. Sunday morning, we got a phone call that said she was on her way, walking to church! We got to church and she told us that that morning she had woken up, feeling so tired that she didn't even want to get out of bed. She said a prayer, and after she prayed she felt this energy come in her. She was able to get up and out of bed and come to church. It was a miracle. I am so grateful :) She had a wonderful time, and felt the Spirit. I know Heavenly Father answers our prayers! It was so awesome, she was telling some of the ladies in the Relief Society that she is going to be a member soon :D So she won't be getting baptized on March 22nd still, but hopefully soon! She is so incredible. I am just so grateful to be one of the missionaries that helped her come into the gospel. She is so strong, and has so much faith. I wish you guys could meet her. She is amazing! I hope and pray that I'll still be serving here in Maricopa when she gets baptized. We're meeting with her on Tuesday, so we'll set a baptismal date then for sure.

We also met with S.! That was scary - we texted asking her if we could come teach her. She texted back saying sure! But I'm not sure if the mormon faith is for me. Ahhh! We went over and it turns out she was talking with her dad, and he talked with her for an hour about all these crazy things about us - have more than one wife, etc. So luckily we were able to meet with her and resolve some of those concerns. So it went well. :) She is amazing. She says she prays all the time now, and she has said it's made her so much happier. Her dad has noticed too, he told her she has this light in her face now. So that was awesome. :)

Other then that, this week hasn't been to eventful! Time is so funny in the mission - days are SO long, but the weeks speed by. Before you know it, it's the end of the transfer! Can you believe I've been out almost 4 months now? Crazy!!

Funny stuff from this week:

We had an AWESOME P day!!! Some members gave Sis R. and I a TON of food, and so we had a zone picnic. Played basketball, talked, and.... practiced lassoing!! Yes, it's true. The elders all bought these legit lasso ropes, and a fake cow that they named some funny name I can't remember now... but we all took turns lassoing it haha. I was actually getting kind of good! :D Then Sis S. had Sis R. sit on her shoulders and try it... that was hilarious. And the elders always choose on of the elders to run out in the field, and then they all try to lasso him. Haha it's hilarious. My zone is awesome. :)

Oh, and I went to the doctors. It went great! It's kind of crazy... haha but it works. I had my lab work done this week, and they had me fast going in. So I hadn't eaten anything, and they took my blood, and I almost passed out... that was crazy! Luckily I laid down and after that I was fine. :) But I have another appt on Wednesday and I'll be able to get insulin and everthing. So that is worked out, for the most part.

I'm so glad you are all doing well. Thanks for keeping me updated on everything.. it's so fun to see home and hear what you guys are doing :) Also keep me updated with Dexter and the Marines and Brittney!

I love you guys. So much!! And I hope you are all reading your scriptures every day. This week I've been reading about Moroni, and his epistle to Pahoran. Something that stood out to me was how bold Moroni was! He definitely called the government to repentance, and let them know what was going to happen if they didn't start supporting him and their armies. The thing that stood out to me this time was Pahoran's response. He basically wrote to Moroni that you have chastened me, but I am not angry. He then talked about how important their freedom was to him, and how proud he was of Moroni, and how he was grateful to Moroni for writing him, and how he was going to suppot him. It just stood out to me because of Pahoran's humility. He didn't get offended or angry with that pretty bold letter. Instead, he recognized the truth and the value in it, and they worked together to resolve the problem. I love the lesson of listening and humility in that :)

Well, love you all! Can't wait to hear from you next week. :) Thank you for all your prayers and support. (: Hope the sheep and all the animals are doing well too!

love,
Sister Whitney Morris

Happy St. Patrick's Day!!! :D

Yummy enchiladas! And a tired looking me knockin doors!

We had such a blast :) We also got pretty sunburned, haha.

I love the sunsets here! And we ate some delicious enchiladas after my doc apt.

At the mission president fireside at Arizona State University! That was so awesome! T. is the best. On the way home we played the alphabet game... it was Sister R's first time. After that, she was obsessed. She plays it by herself every time we drive now, haha. She's funny!

 Cute bug

Letter Home March 10th

Dear Family,

I am so grateful you have all  been praying for R. and T. and our investigators. I know they really do make a difference (: There is so much power in prayer! When we take the time to sit and exercise our faith, and pray about our specific challenges and concerns, or specific gratitude and what has happened that day, I know Heavenly Father truly blesses us so much more - and blesses us specifically. We tell investigators often that we need to ask specific questions to get a specific answer. Thanks so much for praying for them by name :)

I'm so glad you all loved Reclaimed! That is really one of my favorite movies, we use it all the time :) There is also a really good one called Earthly Father, Heavenly Father. It is super powerful, because it's about a dad - a really awesome role model dad. And then it talks about Heavenly Father. So you guys should watch it :)
Haha I LOVED the sugar free candy! It just.... ( ;-) )

I'm so glad you got the china, and the plates! Thanks for letting me know :) The lambs are sooooo cute!!!! Oh my goodness their the cutest things I have ever seen! I love how their red, like Peter's hair :) Haha when you were writing about the lamb head I thought you were talking about a real lamb... like a real lamb head waiting for me when I get home haha, gross!!! Then I saw the picture and realized it was a cake haha.... I was glad to see that :D

Oh could you tell (JC) I got his letter? I'll write him today if I have time, I wrote him back but it must have never gotten there! Maybe you could ask for his address? There were also two other friends who contacted me on fb who I couldn't answer... one's name is J, from West Jordan and the other is M.  from VA. Maybe if you have time you could message them and say I couldn't answer on fb but would love to write them? Or not, if that's kind of weird haha.

That is so cool that man is coming (to tell you more) about the house! Wow! That's SO awesome you have felt (the Spirit about it. :) We really never know how the Spirit has been preparing people... there is a scripture in Alma that talks about how the Lord sends angels to prepare the hearts of men to recieve the gospel. I know that that is true! That is so exciting, you'll have to let me know how that goes!
Peter's modesty tape is soo cute!! Haha that's so awesome he is so aware of modesty :D Way to be, Peter!  :)

Something I've definitely learned on my mission, how important visiting/home teaching is. It makes SUCH A HUGE DIFFERENCE to just visit someone, let them know they are loved and accepted, and sharing the gospel with them, and bringing that Spirit into their home. I'm just so proud of you for being such an awesome visiting teacher all these years :) Your an awesome example, and so is Dad, and all the kids! We have the best family ever.

Ahh I am freaking out about Dexter still, haha. You'll have to let me know how that goes! That's awesome Dad gets to see Brayden so much too! Way cool!

Well, this week has been pretty awesome. So much always happens, and then I sit down and can hardly remember what to write, haha!

But one of the highlights was meeting and teaching S.!

So, there was this house we would always knock - we've probably knocked it over twenty times, and nobody has answered. But this week, a young woman opened the door! She was so bubbly and fun, really friendly personality, and she told us to come back and teach her. We came back and had our first lesson with her.
We sat down, and started getting to know her and her religious background. She told us that she hasn't had any religious experience in her life, at all! Not even prayer or Bible or anything. She is from California, and is just so easy going and fun. Anyways, we started teaching her about how God is our loving Heavenly Father. As we taught her, we could feel the Spirit so strongly. And we could see in her face that she was feeling it too. :)
After we talked, she shared with us that a few years ago she had a friend named L. who had been trying to bring her closer to God. Things were going well, and then L. was killed in an accident. They were really close, and S. was devastated. She told us in our lesson that as we taught her, she felt like L. was there, helping her come closer to God. She kept laughing and saying that she felt chills when we testified to her, and it was just so cool because we could tell she was feeling the Spirit so strongly. It was a really awesome lesson :)

We also taught T. this week, and that went great! K. is the best member fellowship EVER. T. had called him and asked him to hang out, and K. asked him "Have you read the intro to the Book of Mormon yet?" T. said no, and K. had them read it together before they started doing their fun stuff (whatever teenage boys do haha) that day! That was so awesome! So T. is doing great. He does remind me a bit of S., just so happy and awesome :) He's out of town this week for spring break, sadly... luckily we can still get in touch and teach him over facebook :)

Yesterday was kind of hard. R. has been doing AMAZING. We met with her almost every day this week, and she just knows it's true. She has that light in her face, and we've seen her countenance change even in that amount of time. Yesterday she was all set on coming to church, and the mission president fireside... but when the member went to pick her up, she wasn't there. We're not sure what happened, and weren't able to get in contact with her at all :( But we're going to try again today. So she won't be able to get baptized on March 22... but we are going to meet with her, and see what's going on, and get her back on date. So please keep her in your prayers!

One major thing I've learned as a missionary is sometimes there are disappointing times. There are lots of disappointments - it's a roller coaster! One moment you can feel devastated, the next your so happy you can't stop smiling. But even though there are disappointments, we don't have to be disappointed in ourselves. When we are obedient, working hard, and doing our very best to follow the Spirit and help these people come closer to Christ, we are doing our part. We can know the Lord is happy with us and our efforts, and we can know we have been a successful missionary - even if people don't accept our message.

Well, I can't think of too much more to say. It's starting to get really hot already, we've pulled out the camelbaks! And the lizards here are hilarious. When they get too hot, they push themselves up and down, and they look like their doing pushups! It's the funniest thing I've ever seen.

I'm just so grateful for this gospel. I'm so grateful for my companion, Sister R! She is incredible. I can't tell you how patient she's been when I get grumpy or impatient, and she is just always asking how she can help me. She is such a good example. We are so alike, and we think we're finally learning what Heavenly Father wanted us to learn as we've been serving together - just to be patient and choose to be happy. I have learned SO much from her!

Well, love you all! Thank you again so much for the letters and packages. I'm so excited to get my birthday one :) I'm getting ooooollld..... haha :)

Oh, and that teacher sounds CRAZY. You guys are awesome for standing up and saying something. Way to go Hannah! I'll write her, and everyone, a letter later today :)

Love you all!!!! I miss you!! And I love you all TONS.

love,
Sister Whitney Morris

Playing sports with the zone on P day (:

 We had a blast!

One of my favorite pictures of Christ <3

We were driving with the windows down, and suddenly we drove through a mini dust tornado!!! The wind swirled around inside our car, full of dust and little leaves & twigs, and we could t see anything... It was CRAZY. This is the aftermath. Our hair looked insane, but you can't really see it in the pictures.

The sunsets look so much better in real life... Their breathtaking,

 Cheesy missionary joke (:

Look at the clouds! So cool! Isn't this beautiful? I love the silhouettes of the palm trees too. Definitely one of my favorite things of Arizona (:

A cool cactus!

One of my favorite chapters <3 Alma 26 & 27.

The Book of Mormon! The book is blue, and the book is true (: Read it!!

We were biking and heard this super weird hissing sound... I thought it was a sprinkler. I looked down, and there was this random owl standing by the sidewalk! It looked like he was guarding something - he would glare at us and hiss if we got too close, but he wouldn't fly away. He was beautiful! It was so cool!

Letter Home March 3, 2014 + Valentines Day :)

Dear Family,

First of all, HAPPY BIRTHDAY DAD!!!!! You're awesome, and hope you have a fantastic one!! Love ya! :)

Thank you so much for the Valentines package!!! I finally got it and it was so fun to open (: The skirt is adorable, and I wear the necklace every day... and my favorite things are always the letters from you all (: They make me laugh and make me so happy. I miss you guys! Thanks so much! Oh and I got the letters, and the pic with Elder F. at the MTC haha, that was awesome!

That's so awesome Dexter is joining the Marines!!!!! I am freaking out right now, haha, that is so awesome. I am so excited for him. You guys will have to send me tons and tons and tons of pictures.(: Gosh, we're all growing up. This is so weird. But awesome. (: The lamb sounds so cute!! And I can't wait to get the soap you made (: The candy you sent was sooo good, especially the homemade fudge. And the sugar free candy was good too.... haha that's all I'll say about that.

That's so awesome you guys could go to the temple too, and had such a great week. I love hearing about home and seeing the pictures (: I really miss you guys a ton. I don't really think too often about it, because I love my mission so much. But it will be a great day when I see you all again, after I work my hardest and help these people here. (:

So did you guys watch the Gilbert temple celebration?? We didn't get to attend, but we watched it in a stake center. It was INCREDIBLE. The youth are so strong!! Our youth were in it, so maybe you saw some of the young people in our ward here in Maricopa (:

My favorite parts were where they went through some of the history here in Arizona. They had some Native American dancers come and perform for it, and talked about some of the ancient people who lived here - turns out there were ancient people who lived in the desert here, who dug canals and intricate irrigation systems right after the time of Christ. Cool huh? When the pioneers first arrived in AZ, they found the irrigation systems and started using them again. It was fun because they had some Latina heritage dancing too, which was so cool (: It's just such an interesting mesh of cultures and people here. I absolutely love it. They had a hilarious pioneer skit too, which reminded me of you guys! It was basically a group of youth acting as pioneers, singing about how hard it was to be in the desert... and they had all these chickens and goats and were making bread and chopping wood, all that fun stuff. It was a funny skit, and reminded me of home. (:

The temple dedication was incredible. It was so, so beautiful. The Spirit was so strong. Pres. Monson and Pres Eyring came, and we watched it in a stake center. But it was like we were there with them, the Spirit was so strong. They talked alot about family history work, and families. I learned so much from them. I can't wait to get home and start doing family history. It's so amazing, something I love about being a missionary is that it's never just one person you are teaching and baptizing. It's a work that involves generations and generations, both to come and from the past. I know that this work is real, and I am so honored and humbled to be able to be a part of it.

This week was a bit slow, because we had a lot of meetings. Sis R. had to go to a meeting in Tempe (Sister training leader) and so I spent the day with some awesome sisters in Casa Grande, which was really neat. It's funny how different each area is - they have enormous cactuses - even bigger than Maricopa - there, and it's just a cool atmosphere.

We taught T. again, and he's doing really well. He is the coolest kid (: And his family is amazing too. He's become best friends with K., a young man in the ward, and spends almost every day at their house. He's just so awesome. We are continuing to teach him, and are loving each time! He wants to make sure he knows it's true, and his Mom wants him to know what commitment he is making when he is baptized, which is something we absolutely want for him too, before he gets baptized. So we will meet with him again this week, and things are going well. (:

R. is doing awesome too. She came to a baptism this week, and she felt the Spirit so strongly! She is really unique, a really special person. She recognizes the Spirit and when she feels it, she just struggles with doubts... but it's amazing to see how the Lord is working in her life to help her resolve those concerns, even before she meets with us again. She shared with us that when she reads the Book of Mormon and just focuses on what she is reading, and doesn't focus on her doubts, she feels so good, and so much peace. So she recognizes it! We're having a lesson with her tonight, and are going to just talk about faith, and share Pres. Holland's talk from last Conference? about faith. She wants to go to church so badly too. It was so sad, they didn't have church this week because of the dedication, and she wanted to go so badly! But she is coming next week. So that will be amazing. :)

In other news, as a mission a few weeks ago we were each challenged to read the Book of Mormon in 90 days. It has been an incredible experience. I honestly wish I could tell you how it has changed me, I don't know if I can. But I have just become so close to Heavenly Father. I have felt His answers to my questions and my faith grow, in small and simple ways, page by page. I know The Book of Mormon is true. I know it with all my heart. And I know that Joseph Smith was a prophet, and that this church is Jesus Christ's church again, restored in these last days. Before my mission, I could have said those words easily, because I believed it. But now, as I've served and read and pondered these words, and have focused completely on Christ and His work and His gospel, and helping these people in their lives, I have come to know, with every certainty in my heart, that it is true.

I love these people so much. I love the Lord. I know this work is true. I love you guys!

Wow. Well, here are some cool things, kind of random, that are hopefully fun to read (:
-  John Wayne used to live in Maricopa! He went to a restaurant called Headquarters that is super old here, where we had zone lunch the other day. Funny huh? :)
-After we run in the mornings, sometimes we skip back to our house. It just makes us really happy, for some reason haha. Plus it's a killer workout, surprisingly enough!

Oh, and some new favors (: For my birthday, do you think you could possibly send my GPS? And also some homemade church cd's, with like upbeat fun music that is religious? Not Mothers LDS, Home Teachers, etc... also the music on the youth.lds.org website (: And there's a super good cd at Deseret Book that's like a dollar called the 2012 summer play list.... there's a song on it called "Make You Smile" by Catherine Papworth, and it's so happy and so uplifting! So yeah. (:

Thanks so much for all you guys do for me. I LOVE YOU ALL SO MUCH!
Can't wait to hear from you again (:

love,
Sister Whitney Morris

Sorry, lots of selfies this week... haircuts tend to do that :) Plus I feel bad sending no pictures haha.
Zone lunch! Day before transfers

 Haircut!

Going biking

This is the picture I talked about last week, that we always ask "What do you see?" And "How do you think that lamb feels?" Pretty awesome. :)

Life in the past lane..... Haha I want this.

Just a pretty puffy cloud sky (:The clouds were stunning! Our first storm.

Lots of selfies this week.... Sorry about that, haha. My comp took a short nap during our lunch hour.... She has no idea I took this (: Even missionaries take a few minutes to relax in the day. Just during our two meal hours!

Another selfie.

(& just a little note for V-day!)

Hola Familia! :)

I don't have too much time and it's way past Valentines Day, but this was too cute not to send. Isn't this the cutest little envelope? And it's a monkey! Best of both worlds. Anyway, just a note to say I love you guys :) and I miss you. Dad, Mommy, Isaac, Hannah, Jacob, Adam and Peter -> You are the best! I'm so grateful to have such an awesome family. :)
I love you! Happy (late) Valentines Day!
Love, Sister Whitney Morris. <3
